December 10, 2009 To our Friends and Supporters,
This is a letter with two purposes. One is to confirm that the Human Rights Institute has been moving forward in sending to the University of Alberta Archives more and more documented research about how the Government of Canada operates. And how the Federal Government is changing Canada and Canadian history without Canadians having a voice. The other purpose is to urge you to organize groups and to pressure
your Premier to stop promoting French, to stop subsidizing Quebec through
the Federal Government, and to hold a referendum for the people of your
Province on a new deal for Provinces outside Quebec. Many Canadians now regard Federal elections as useless. They understand that political parties are only interested in votes from Quebec. None cares about the other Provinces. Not Michael Ignatieff, who sold out Canada by urging recognition of Quebec as a nation within Canada, before he was even Liberal leader. Not the Liberal party itself, which helped Chretien wreck the Constitution, Parliament and the Federal Governments by handovers of power and massive payoffs to Quebec. Not even Stephen Harper. He was elected from the West but became Prime Minister by courting Quebec while turning his back on the rest of Canada. For him, Quebec is the only thing that counts. Meanwhile the moneys poured into Quebec by Federal Governments are astronomical. We suffer the results in excess taxes, in health shortages, education defaults, and funds that are needed by ordinary Canadians in every part of this country. HOW FAR WILL PRIME MINISTER HARPER GO? As far as necessary to keep Quebec happy. He appoints French Quebeckers to positions of power in the Federal Government, regardless of competence or lack of it. He subsidizes Quebec massively from English-speaking Provinces. He treats Quebec as independent of Canada. English-speaking Canadians have no voice. REWRITING THE HISTORY OF CANADA Who is responsible for the Prime Minister's falsification of the history
of Canada? His Government Speech from the Throne on October 16, 2007
claims that the founding of Quebec City 400 years ago, "marks the
founding of the Canadian state". That is nonsense. Quebec City
was and is a city. Not a state. It was not even mentioned in the French-British
treaty of 1763. In June, 2008, Mr. Harper's Government released a "Roadmap for
Canada's Linguistic Duality". It announced a huge program across
Canada, with an "unprecedented Government-wide investment of $1.1
BILLION OVER FIVE YEARS,'' for that goal. And it announced MORE to apply
to Provinces and Territories and individual Canadians throughout Canada.
It will end freedom of speech in Canada. Nowhere is there any indication
that Canadians could refuse. USING IMMIGRATION TO MAKE CANADA A FRENCH COUNTRY Canadians should also be concerned about immigration to this country now. Historically, one of the ways of destroying a country is by flooding it with people of different languages and cultures. Those differences set each group against the other. They are the cause of countless wars and horrific slaughters of helpless populations around the world. We should not go there. But that is where we are headed. On the basis of Mr. Harper's Roadmap, the Honourable Jason Kenney, Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, is bringing to Canada people from other races or groups in former French colonies, to build up the numbers of Francophones in Canada. Enclosed is a copy of my letter of September 1, 2009 to Minister Kenney, demanding a copy of the legal authority, the costs, the language situation in Quebec, and the legality of what is being done to English-speaking Canada. He has not replied. I need help. Please read my letter to him and distribute copies. Write to the Minister in support of my position. Ask him for a copy of his reply. Canadians must know what is being done to their country. SUMMING UP THE TRUTH Here it is. This is a question of survival. Quebec must be thrown out. We cannot continue in a Canada where Quebec is independent and the other Provinces are not. Nor can we survive the financial drain of the bilingualism imposed on all Canada outside Quebec. Those costs are enormous. Costs for the Federal Government bilingualism alone, since its inception, with interest, are estimated by Jim Allan, noted financial researcher, at more than 56 BILLION dollars. And growing. We can survive without Quebec. But only if the people understand that they must take control. They must meet with their Premier and demand support against the bully pulpit of the Federal Government. The Premiers must take responsibility. If your Premier does not want to be involved, you should target your Premier publicly. Call for resignation. Find and build up a political leader who understands that Canada no longer includes Quebec. After all these years, the game is over. I have looked at the possible options. I do not know whether Quebec can survive, but the rest of Canada will be stronger by far. It all depends on you and other Canadians who want the free country that we must take back again. The Human Rights Institute of Canada receives no Government funding. We do need and appreciate your donations. They are tax-deductible.
MER/le ENCL.
